TERM 2: GUIDED MEDITATION (via Zoom)

Service Description

TERM 2 ~ GUIDED MEDITATION CLASS: Cost: AUD$80pp. Open to all levels. This class is meditation-only and does not include any spiritual development. The term offers 6 classes run across the 6 weeks. Each class consists of a 35-40 mins guided meditation followed by a 5-10 mins reflection where students can share their experiences & ask questions. Open to all levels. Over six weeks, we’ll explore different styles of meditation practice where I’ll guide you through practical, grounding, and restorative techniques.
