Please read the following Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) before using this website. By visiting and using this website, you (hereinafter “visitor”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. Please read these Terms carefully before using this website and/or booking or accessing any of my services.

1. Cancellations Policy for Readings & Healings ~
When you book your appointment, you're holding a space in my calendar that's no longer available to our other customers. Your appointments and well-being are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of your appointment time will not incur any fees and will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

2. Cancellations Policy for Online Meditation Classes ~

When you book a place in an online meditation class, you're holding a space in that class that's no longer available to other customers. If you need to cancel your placement, I respectfully request 2 weeks (14 days) notice. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the start of the classes will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 14 days will NOT receive a refund. NOTE: If you decide to pull out or cancel after the classes have started you will not receive a refund.

 

3. Cancellations Policy for Workshops & Home Circle ~

Cancellations for Workshops & Home Circles are NOT accepted, and refunds are NOT available. This is because numbers are restricted for these events or services.  I understand this policy may not suit everyone and I ask that you consider this carefully before enrolling into any of my workshops or VIP events.

4. Cancellations Policy for Retreats ~

When you book a placement on a retreat, you're holding a space in that event that's no longer available to other customers. If you need to cancel your commitment, I respectfully request 1 months’ notice from the start date of the retreat. Cancellations made 1 month or more in advance of the start of the retreat will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the month notice period will NOT receive a refund. If you decide to pull out after the start of the retreat, you will not receive a refund.

5. Arriving Early or Late to your Appointment ~

All sessions are scheduled for a fixed start and finish time. Clients are asked to arrive or log in no more than 5 minutes early to allow appropriate preparation and transition between sessions. Arriving significantly early does not guarantee earlier access to the session space, nor does it extend your booked time. Please note that early arrivals may be required to wait until the scheduled start time.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no additional time will be added. This ensures fairness to all clients and preserves the integrity of the practitioner’s schedule. If you are running late, a minimum of 60 minutes’ notice is required. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late without sufficient notice may have their session shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited, at the practitioner’s discretion. Late arrivals, or 'No Shows' are not eligible for a refund.

6. Extending the Time of Your Booking ~

Occasionally there may be a need to extend your booking to address any additional questions you may have. Additional time is subject to availability on the day and will be charged @ A$65 per 15-mins for standard appointments, and @ A$100 per 15-mins for urgent appointments.

7. Rescheduling your Reading or Healing appointments ~

If you cannot attend your appointment and ask to reschedule your booking I require 48 hours’ notice to make any changes. Changes requested within 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original cost of your booking and must be paid within 24hrs so the new appointment can be made.  Also, if I'm unable to reschedule your booking, for any reason, or you're unable to pay the cancellation fee within the 24hrs, your booking may be cancelled and refunded immediately less any cancellations fees.

8. Refund Policy ~

Provided you meet all terms and conditions for a refund, your refunds will be processed the same way your original payment was received e.g., if you paid via PayPal, your refund will be processed back to your PayPal account, if you paid via Credit Card, your refund will be processed back to your Credit Card etc.​ NOTE: Refund transactions can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

9. No Shows Policy ~

If you do not turn up to your appointment, class, workshop or retreat, for any reason, you will not receive a refund. If you're wanting to cancel your booking, please refer to the cancellations policies (Refer 1 - 4 above).

10. Mediumship Readings ~ VIP Clients Only.

Mediumship is a sacred responsibility. As an indigenous practitioner, I engage with the spirit world from a place of deep reverence. For this reason, I only offer mediumship readings to established clients with whom I have built trust and rapport. This ensures that the connection is safe, respectful, and aligned with the spiritual journey. As such, this service is not available to new clients.

11. Urgent Readings ~

Offered as 45-mins 'psychic' reading only. Excludes mediumship readings. Managed outside of trading hours & public holidays ~ subject to availability. NO refunds. NO cancellations. NO recordings permitted. Payment required in advance to book. All other terms and conditions apply.

12. Gift Vouchers ~

Gift vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase. No refunds available on gift vouchers.  Any services redeemed are subject to cancellation policies. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

13. Intellectual Property & Recordings ~

All services, materials, and content such as videos, audio, class notes, images, text, and logos are protected by copyright©️2018-2026. All rights reserved. All services, content and resources are the exclusive property of NIGEL WAYNE ERU ® . No license is granted unless explicitly stated in writing. You may not record, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials for commercial or public purposes. Recording or photographing any readings, healings, classes, or events is strictly prohibited.

14. Age Limit ~

A lower age limit of 18yrs applies to all services offered.

15. Retention of Right to Modify Services ~

We reserve the right to change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any services or features at our discretion. While we aim to provide notice where possible, we may do so without prior notice. Access may also be terminated, temporarily or permanently, without liability, based on operational needs.

16. Health Waiver & Informed Consent ~

A confidential health waiver and informed consent form is required for all Healing Sessions, Energy Clearing, Classes, Workshops, HomeCircles, and Retreats. This ensures we are aligned on the nature of the services, supports your well-being—especially in cases of mental health or other considerations—and fulfils my professional obligations for liability and insurance coverage. It’s part of creating a safe, respectful, and informed environment for both of us.

17. Indemnification ~

You agree to indemnify and hold both NIGEL WAYNE ERU ® (the brand) and Nigel Wayne Eru (the practitioner) harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website or any services offered by either entity.

18. Good Behaviour Clause ~

If at any time, and in the opinion of Nigel Eru, any student or client that becomes the subject of disruptive or disrespected behaviour, contempt, or any other action that is detrimental or unacceptable, then Nigel Eru may, upon written or verbal notice to the student or client, immediately suspend or terminate their attendance in any session, class, Facebook group, workshop, or retreat.

19. Cooling Off Period & Session Conduct ~

Once a session has begun, either you or I may end it within the first 10 minutes for any reason, with a full refund provided. This cooling-off period applies only once the session starts; cancellations beforehand must follow the 48-hour notice policy. I reserve the right to end a session if there are safety, health, or well-being concerns (including mental health) or if disrespectful behavior occurs. You are also free to end the session if you feel uncomfortable. Mutual respect and safety are our priorities.

20. Disclaimer ~

Nigel Wayne Eru (the practitioner), under NIGEL WAYNE ERU ® (the brand), provides insight using psychic and mediumistic awareness. All readings, classes, courses, retreats, and healings are for guidance purposes only. What you decide to do with the information I give you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings, classes, courses, retreats and healings, including any questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.  For legal reasons, all services offered are for entertainment purposes only. My services are not a substitute for professional services, and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified experts. Any wellness, health, medical and/or professional information that is shared with you via text message, zoom session, in person or via email, or made available through readings, classes, courses, retreats and healings, are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health and medical providers with any questions you may have regarding any medical conditions.

21. Amendment of Terms and Conditions ~

NIGEL WAYNE ERU ® (the brand, A.B.N 12 754 651 721) reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Nigel Wayne Eru (the practitioner) will endeavor to highlight significant changes where possible. Please review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the website or services will be regarded as conclusive evidence of your agreement, governing both the brand’s and practitioner’s rights and obligations.
