Service Description

TERM 1 ~ GUIDED MEDITATION CLASS: Cost: AUD$80pp. Open to all levels. This class is meditation-only and does not include any spiritual development. The term offers 6 classes run across the 6 weeks. Each class consists of a 35-40 mins guided meditation followed by a 5-10 mins reflection where students can share their experiences & ask questions. Open to all levels. Over six weeks, we’ll explore different styles of meditation practice where I’ll guide you through practical, grounding, and restorative techniques. ZOOM SESSIONS (Not Recorded): Zoom sessions will not be recorded. Students are encouraged to record the meditations on their mobile phones. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your placement, I respectfully request 2 weeks (14 days) notice. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the start of the classes will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 14 days will NOT receive a refund. NOTE: If you decide to pull out or cancel after classes have started you'll not receive a refund.
